7-Day Puppy Training Tracker: Elite Daily Habit Log & Behavior Dashboard (PDF)

What you get

Printable seven-day puppy training tracker: Record toilet breaks, rewards, daily habits and short training practice in one week-by-week dashboard. This is a reusable PDF record to support consistency, not a course that scores your puppy automatically.

Use it to spot patterns and keep your puppy's routine consistent. Print a fresh copy each week or use the PDF on a compatible device.

This is a digital download for personal use. No physical item is shipped. Educational only: it is not a substitute for a veterinarian or certified trainer.

How to use this download

Use the seven-day view to find which parts of your puppy’s routine are working instead of trying to perfect every skill at once.

1. Start each morning by noting the planned mealtimes, outdoor breaks and one short training goal.
2. After each practice, record what prompted the behaviour, which reward helped and whether your puppy appeared comfortable.
3. At the end of the week, look for repeatable patterns such as accidents after play or better focus after a rest.

Practical example

Example: if an accident frequently follows an excited play session, add a calm toilet opportunity after play rather than blaming the puppy.

Helpful to know: Reward-based practice should stay brief and appropriate to your puppy’s health and age. The tracker organizes observations; it does not diagnose behavioural problems.

Use the seven-day view to find patterns

Set a realistic goal for the week, then log the context of successes and accidents rather than marking everything as pass or fail. Note whether a break followed a nap, mealtime or play session and which rewards supported a calm response. When repeating the week, compare only a few meaningful observations. Progress often depends on sleep, age and environment as much as practice.

What you can do with it

• Set one small, realistic learning goal before the day begins; mark the environment and type of reward used.
• Record toileting opportunities after waking, play and meals, including accidents without punishment.
• Review the week for practical triggers such as overexcitement, overtiredness or changes in household schedules.

Reviewing the next training week

Two afternoons may look equally busy, but only one ends with an accident. The tracker can help a caregiver notice whether a toilet break was skipped after energetic play, then adjust the next day's routine.
