Important Disclaimers:

  • Products (including lick mats, slow feeders, calming accessories, and interactive toys) are intended solely for pet enrichment, stress reduction through natural behaviors, and healthy feeding/mental stimulation.
  • They are not veterinary medical devices, treatments, cures, or substitutes for professional veterinary care, behavioral therapy, or medication for anxiety, separation issues, allergies, or any medical/behavioral condition.
  • Results vary by individual pet; factors like age, breed, health, and environment influence effectiveness.
  • Always supervise your pet during use to prevent choking, ingestion, injury, or other hazards. Consult a licensed veterinarian before introducing new items, especially for pets with pre-existing conditions.

Product images, colors, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes—actual items may vary slightly due to manufacturing, lighting, or material differences. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are in USD, exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or policy violations).
  • By placing an order, you authorize us (and our secure payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including taxes and fees.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed via trusted providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer Checkout, or others. We do not store full payment card details. You are responsible for all charges, including any failed payment fees or currency conversion costs.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Most orders ship from US-based warehouses with estimated delivery in 3–10 business days (domestic); international times vary.
  • Shipping estimates are not guaranteed—delays may occur due to carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or incorrect addresses provided.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon handover to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Pre-shipment cancellations: Full refund (minus any incurred payment processing fees) if requested before shipping.
  • Post-shipment returns: Limited to 50% of the product price (excluding shipping/taxes). This reflects unavoidable costs: supplier fulfillment, secure packaging, outbound shipping, payment gateway fees (typically 2.9–3.5% + fixed), taxes, and restocking/disposal. We cannot recover these once an order ships.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Notify us with photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. If due to our error, we offer full replacement or full refund (including original shipping).
  • Lost/missing packages: Report within 7 days if marked “delivered” but not received—we file carrier claims and resolve (full/partial refund per outcome).

7. Limitation of Liability & No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • My Hero Pet, its owners, affiliates, suppliers, and partners disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., pet injury, veterinary expenses, emotional distress, lost profits, or data loss), even if advised of the possibility.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product(s) in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on myheropet.com—including text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs—is owned by My Hero Pet or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use commercially without express written permission.

9. User Conduct & Termination

You agree not to: misuse the Service, post harmful/illegal content, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access/hacking. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, at our sole discretion.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions).
