When writing about an order, please include your order number, the name of the product and a short description of the problem. A screenshot of an error message can help, but please do not send passwords or full payment card details.
For website corrections or business questions, email contact@myheropet.com. For privacy requests, use privacy@myheropet.com. Please do not send sensitive details through ordinary email.
Common download questions
Where are my files? After checkout, use the download instructions provided with your order. Check the email address used at purchase and any messages from the delivery service.
The ZIP file won't open. Download the file fully before extracting it with a compatible ZIP application. If it remains unreadable, contact us for assistance.
Can I print a PDF or type into it? Consult the product listing for the included file formats. Only versions identified as fillable support typing into fields with compatible PDF software.
My file is missing or corrupted. Contact us with your order number so we can help restore access or supply a corrected file, as appropriate.
