We partner with trusted US-based warehouses and reliable carriers to deliver fast, secure shipping across the United States—helping your furry hero feel calmer sooner.

Where We Ship

  • Domestic US Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • International Shipping: Not available at this time (future expansion planned—stay tuned via our newsletter or @myheropet on Instagram/TikTok).

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We confirm processing and shipping via email—check your spam/junk folder if needed.

Shipping Times & Carriers

We select the best carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) based on order size, weight, destination, and availability for optimal speed and reliability.

Estimated delivery times after processing (business days; actual times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen events):

  • Continental US (Lower 48 states): 3–7 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
  • Puerto Rico: 5–12 business days

These are realistic estimates based on standard ground/economy services—most domestic orders arrive within the lower end of the range.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email (usually within 1–2 business days of processing).
  • Track directly on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com) for real-time updates.
  • If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, email support@myheropet.com—we'll check immediately.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We keep rates fair and straightforward—no hidden fees. Costs include secure packaging and handling:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 – $7.99 (calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination)
  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $50 (continental US only—excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)
  • Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico: Slightly higher rates (displayed transparently at checkout)

Free shipping thresholds encourage larger carts while helping us cover premium packaging for fragile items like lick mats and calming toys.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Modifications

  • Pre-processing: Contact us immediately at support@myheropet.com if you need to change or cancel—we'll accommodate if possible.
  • After processing/shipping: Changes or cancellations are not possible due to immediate fulfillment, secure packaging, and outbound costs. We prioritize fast dispatch to get relief to your pet quickly.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

We stand behind every delivery:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item: Email photos of the item, packaging, and any damage within 7 days of delivery. If it's our error, we provide a full replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs).
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If marked “delivered” but not received, notify us within 7 days with your tracking details. We'll file a carrier claim promptly and resolve with a full or partial refund based on the carrier's outcome.
  • Important: Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs issues (if future international), incorrect addresses provided, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
